Positions
Direct Support Professionals
Direct Support Professionals support people with disabilities in their homes by providing assistance to allow people to live more independently, achieve their personal goals, and assist with their daily needs.
Supported Living Supervisor
Supported Living Supervisors train and lead teams of Direct Support Professionals, assisting with the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour home and ensuring the health and safety of members served.

After you’ve applied, we’ll review your application, generally within a week (if not sooner) after you apply.
What’s the interview process like?
If your skills and experience are a good fit for the role, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview. We’ll also conduct a background check before making an employment offer and beginning the onboarding process. We aim to move applicants through the process as quickly as possible!
What is the starting wage?
For entry-level direct support professionals, our starting wage is currently $15.25 an hour. An applicant’s experience, education, and placement are the factors that determine their starting wage upon being hired.
Can I apply if I don’t have a driver's license?
We prefer to hire drivers with a license and a good driving record. However, we also consider those without a driver’s license.
Do you have have a retirement plan?
We believe in investing in you. Currently, our retirement plan 401(K) is open to all staff. Our plan comes with up to 4% company match.
